DANI BEUTELL

Dani has been an artist since she could first pick up a crayon. She is a multidisciplinary creative, but most notably is a writer and poet, specializing in personal narrative. She graduated art school with a BFA from Columbia College Chicago, and in her winding path since has co-founded a queer femme writers group (Wildness Collective), has led several groups in Creative Recovery through the Artists Way, has been a regular columnist and editor at Elephant Journal, and now lends her passion for creative expression as Program Leader for Write Club.

Aaron Maier-Carretero

Aaron Maier-Carretero (b. 1987) is a Los Angeles-based Latinx artist whose work explores the abstraction of nature through intuitive forms and color. Shifting from personal figuration to open interpretation, his recent paintings feature elements like waves, flowers, and fountains. He holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has exhibited at the Queens Museum, Sculpture Center, and the Phillips Collection, among others. Deeply passionate about community building through art, Aaron dedicates himself to nurturing creativity and fostering authentic connection as a program leader for Art Club.
