About This Event
Meditation Club is a mindful meet-up group and meditation class! This event is an opportunity to study and practice the foundational skills of mindfulness meditation while sharing openness and vulnerability with like-minded community.
Each Meet-Up Includes:
Brief meditation instruction, grounding breathwork, mindfulness meditation session, small-group sharing circle, and community tea time.
Our community centers authentic human connection and vulnerability ♡
Open to all levels and styles of meditators, from curious to advanced.
Donations: HÜMNKIND is a not-for-profit volunteer-run organization, and takes a lot of work and resources to operate and produce our events.
